Classes
Test your limits. Classes will focus on increasing your muscular and cardiovascular endurance, utilizing free weights and one’s body weight in each exercise. Exercise will be consistent with various levels of intensity, Top Notch Sports & Fitness primary focus each day will alternate between upper body and lower body. All of which while building desired core strength. Classes are lead and instructed by Coach Tee and Coach Alex of Top Notch. Must be 12 years of age to participate. Classes are for women and men.
Tone, tighten and lift with TOP NOTCH. Classes are geared to target total body and specialized routines are developed to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Each day we alternate movements and focus areas. Classes are one hour and for women, young ladies and girls only. Classes are lead by Coach Tee of Top Notch Sports & Fitness.
Men if you're ready to invest more in your total body wellness kick your fitness up a notch with our beast mode training programs. Coach Ray of Top Notch Sports & Fitness is the lead trainer and instructor. Focus areas alternate each day. Classes are for males only. Must be 12 years of age to participate.
Pay as you go for just $15 and receive 30 minutes.
Pay as you go for just $20 and receive 45 minutes.
Pay as you go for just $25 and receive 60 minutes.
